My favourite book!

Hi bloggers! Today’s topic is about my favourite book!
Well, this is a hard topic for me because being honest I usually don’t read books so I’m going to talk you about one of the few books I’ve read that I really liked.
“Los trenes se van al purgatorio” (The trains go to purgatory) of the Chilean writer Hernán Rivera Letelier.
This book gathers the different stories of the passengers of the train. When you read this book you travel to the north of Chile, to the Pampa where the miners used to dig out the saltpeter. The essence of these stories is a reflection of the society of those days.
The story is involved in a mysterious atmosphere that the desert of Atacama provides.
When the reader approaches to the end of the book feels astonished because he realized that all the characters are death since a lot of time ago and that the train represents the purgatory where their souls are.
Hernán Rivera Letelier has a singular way of relate so he became one of my favourites writers.

I hope you may be interested of reading this book or about this writer because I can guaranteed you that you are going to love it.

The best summer ever! 🗻⛺

Hello everybody! Did you enjoy your weekend? Well I hope so, because I really enjoyed it!
Today I´m going to talk you about the best’s holidays I can remember!
Five years ago, in 2011; my mom, my sister, and I decided to make a trip to the north of Chile during the summer holidays. Our destination was San Pedro de Atacama, but first we would stop in a lot of places for camping.
The first day we travelled from Santiago to La Serena, we spent three days in that city; during those days we visited Valle del Elqui and Valle del Limarí. Then we decided to visit Punta de Choros, where we enjoyed of a beautiful tour by boat, and we also practiced scuba diving in Dama´s Island.  After those days we drove to English Bay, we stayed there for four days, during that time we visited the most beautiful beaches in Chile that I ever met.
One of my brothers joined us in Antofagasta, we didn´t camp there because my mom has some friends in the city so we decided to stay in their house. At the next day we travelled to San Pedro de Atacama; where my dad joined us too. In San Pedro we stayed at the house of friends.

San Pedro de Atacama is one of my favourite places in the world! The Atacama salar, the highland lakes, the Tatio´s geyser and the Pucarás of the Atacama culture, make  San Pedro de Atacama in one of the best’s destiny’s all over the world!
